* $O Down requires qualification for Down Payment Assistance from MRB Homebuyer Assistance Program. Buyers can qualify for Bond Program rates without use of MRB Homebuyer Assistance Program. First-time home buyers include those who have not owned a home in the past three years. Veterans do not need to be first-time home buyers. FHA, VA and RHS Loans available to all qualified buyers. Residence must be owner occupied and located anywhere in Pima County, including the City of Tucson.
