Pima County Bond Program - Introducing low interest home loans for first-time home buyers and Veterans. Rates as low as 4.55% for a 30-year fixed rate mortgage. 

MRB Homebuyer Assistance Program - Downpayment assistance available through the MRB Homebuyer Assistance Program. You give minimum of $1000 and receive up to 4.5% of Sales Price or &6,000 

$8000 First Time Homebuyer Tax Credit - Although not used currently for down payment, IRS gives you up to $8000 for purchasing on or before April 30, 2010 or purchasing by June 30, 2010 with a contract date of April 30, 2010. Click for details!

MCC Mortgage Credit Certificate - Not down payment assistance, but does give you an additional tax credit used to lower or eliminate what you have to pay in taxes! Click for details!
